In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, we inform you that the contact details requested are used by Euregio Plus SGR S.p.A., acting as Data Controller, for processing activities based on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller and carried out pursuant to the aforementioned privacy legislation. A “Contact Us” section is available, through which users may request further technical details, commercial information or personalised advice. Completion of this section is entirely optional and requires the provision of the personal data necessary to handle the request. This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”). The data will be processed with the utmost care, in accordance with ENISA guidance and Article 32 of the GDPR on data security, and will be retained until the purposes for which they were collected have been achieved, without prejudice to statutory obligations, orders issued by competent authorities or, in the event of disputes, for the limitation period provided for by applicable law. Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area unless this is necessary for organisational or technical reasons. In such cases, any transfer will be carried out in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR and the safeguards required by applicable law. The data will not be subject to profiling or dissemination and will not be sold or otherwise processed by third parties. The data may be disclosed to processors appointed pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR. The data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided for by Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.
