Organisation and Control Model 231
In order to bring the Company’s organisational system into line with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Board of Directors of Euregio Plus SGR S.p.A. passed a resolution on 25 November 2020 adopting the Organisation, Management and Control Model and the Code of Ethics – an integral part of said Model – which, as is known, constitute the set of rules, instruments and conduct suitable for preventing conduct that is, under the above legislation, deemed to be of a criminal nature.
By means of a resolution passed by the Board of Directors on 27 September 2021, the mandates of the members of the Supervisory Board were also renewed for the term of office of said Board of Directors:
- Dr Nicola Nettis (Chairman)
- Dr Michela Zeme (Member)
- Dr Carlo Delladio (Member)
As of the resolution of the Board of Directors of 12 April 2023, the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board is held by Michela Zeme."
