Building Renovation Project++ With a specific resolution (no. 299/2019), the Province approved the “Building Renovation+” project, a programme for the upgrading of 27 buildings with an estimated investment of some 56 million euros, which can also be realised by drawing on private capital through public-private partnerships. The working group coordinated by the Energy Manager for the Province brings together EURAC, the South Tyrol Energy Agency – CasaClima, IDM Südtirol – Alto Adige, Euregio Plus SGR, as well as the competent provincial offices. The synergies created range from the identification of funding sources to proposals for and implementation of actual works for the upgrading of buildings. |
