Together with the European Investment Fund and other regions of the Alpine arc (the Regions of Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta), the Province of Bolzano has signed a management agreement for the “AlpGip” investment fund (Alpine Growth Investment Platform), which possesses total funds of approximately 29 million euros.
These assets are intended to be invested in venture capital or private equity funds with a focus on the territory of the regions concerned.
Euregio Plus is particularly concerned with maintaining relations with the European Investment Fund, the platform manager, as well as with the other entities involved, providing its know-how so as to enhance the “fund of funds”.
